5 stars: Excellent way to find customers in most fields of work! I do painting, drywall repair, lighting replacement, exterior rehabilitation and almost anything else of the like! If you're good at what you do then this is a good app to make money, just don't let the lead prices intimidate you, if you're not hired they'll give the money back.
5 stars: Thumbtack app keeps me busier than I could have imagined. Leads cost a little, but are well worth it once you figure out how to land jobs consistently... Well worth the investment for sure!!!!

4 stars: Be careful with the targeting setting. If you turn it off, they will still send you one more lead and then force you to pay it before you can reuse the service even though they shouldn't have sent it. It has happened to me twice now. Other than that, it's been a good product.
3 stars: The app is not bad, have been using it for a couple years. Only problem I have is when it goes down you miss leads, and they don't do anything about it ans expect you to pay, even when you show them their site is down. The site is 24hrs but their customer service isn't which needs to change. Have gotten amazing leads, clients and made some great friends. Will keep using it but they need to fix somethings
