5 stars: Its a great app, but I hope there's a Tng payment method, it will become more convenience and easy, most of the riders dont have enough change(cash on delivery), so it will easier to transfer the money ASAP. Also, most of the teenagers dont have bank account yet, but Tng ewallet.
4 stars: I've used the app quite a few times now, and i honestly quite like the experience. However, something that's bugging me is that i'm trying to preorder, and now one of the payment options,
4 stars: The only missing part is customer care voice communication to complain about an order. Also communicating with rider before the order is missing. These should be added. And reviewing an ordered food/restaurant should follow standard procedure. There's very not much option available to review. I can't upload photos while reviewing. Otherwise the app provides you everything you need to order food online.
3 stars: Food choices are not bad, but the main downside is the food keeps getting canceled or delayed by an hour or more extra. (edit) Location on the app is very bad. The detection is slow and there's no other way to contact driver other than messaging them, which they never replied (which got me worried) . But they sent to the latest address in the end.
