5 stars: After a year of using , there's a lot of improvement in terms of customer service. Initially I accidently subscribed twice for roaming travel pack 1 due to system glitch. Email and staff by the name of Adeline help to settle rhe issue and refund back the subscription fees.
5 stars: The plan suits me very well and good pricing too. Customer service is good and the app has a lot of services too. Best if u can have voice roaming package into the plan.
4 stars: Was abit agitated when Delivery was late by a day and have to cancelled off porting in due to travelling schedule...but thanks to the customer care team, they are highly professional and helpful, and problems were solved within the same day...special thanks to customer care associate, Ms Buvy.👍👍
2 stars: Unable to open app for at least a week now. Keeps getting stuck at the purple starting screen. Tho internet is fine and quite well
2 stars: I have 2 numbers under one account. However the app shows only the number on another phone. I'm not able to see any details or do any roaming purchase for my main line. Although both numbers can still make calls and data accessible. Both numbers were ported from different Telco. Result: after a day of chasing thru WhatsApp, three problem is finally resolved!
