5 stars: This is a great trading platform with a lot of bells and whistles! I've been on the platform for a few months and there are still functions I've yet to discover.
4 stars: Would like a faster way to purchase. MooMoo takes longer than other trading platforms. Redeeming your free stocks isn't very straightforward. I don't understand wife restocks can't be given to you rather than you have to redeem them. If you don't redeem them in time you lose out. I've lost a few that way... Not cool, MooMoo!!!
3 stars: Not as easy to use as other apps, like robinhood, tdameritrade or fidelity. Had to go on YouTube to learn basic options. Also, the free stocks are also not easy to access. You have to search for them and for some have to go through a trial to see if you're worthy of getting them. Don't say they're free if they're not free.
3 stars: It take getting use to, I don't like the fact that your portfolio isn't easy to read or fined. It should be on the cover page when a person first log's in. Every stock that a person owns, and how it is doing, should be the first the first thing you see. Other than that.
2 stars: Customer service was horrible, the ease of getting into and out trades was not user jor account$$ friendly, but get getting accepted to spend (invest) your money was quick and easy...don't install if you don't have money to potential blow new or experienced traders
