3 stars: It is a fine app. However the McDelivery system is a bit junky since the rewards on the app cound not be used for deliveries (without any notice). Meanwhile, while the app can be used by split screen, just resize the app, the order will accidentaly reset and the order are needed to restart from the beginning. It also has a infrequent problem of forgetting the contact number, and then the contact number could be set.
3 stars: Everything was fine until I need to login to my account. It said that the format of my email was invalid. How is that possible when that is the email I used when I first registered?? And how is thay possible when that is the email I've been using for years and been receiving emails with?? I've updated the app but the same problem keeps happening.
2 stars: The app shld be able to allow a quick access to last order instead of having to go through the long process from starting from scratch. I am sure there are many of us who usually order the same items from the same outlet.
2 stars: I opened the app and it got hung up and phone had to be restarted to remove it from screen ... Once it was a little responsive it would scroll up/down or allow to select any option ... Additionally the only only veg option would not work until it is clicked atleast 30-40 times . It is becoming worse after every update it seems !!! And before you point a finger at my device ... Let me tell you it is a 256GB device with 8GB RAM !!!
