5 stars: One thing bad: Retrieving Password->SMS or Email, both I didn't receive any reset code for months(15/10/22). Pretty good so far. It was bad at the beginning(waiting for recovery passwords,Free voucher for the snack is out of stock),but the technical team is improving the software and keeping it up to date this year. Most importantly, the coupons are more PRACTICAL and return rate is better than Supervalu, Dunnes, Tesco.
4 stars: App reliable most of time, fairly easy to use for the non-techsavy, but the discount vouchers are sometimes a bit random and certainly not linked to the things you actually buy. Also you have to spend a lot to save a tiny bit. Probably does push you to shop there instead of competitors but wouldn't make me buy stuff I didn't really need to get the miniscule saving.
4 stars: Apart from problems loading at times, the app is easy to use. Coupons are delivered directly to the app. There should be a way to save coupons and load the card even if there is no internet connection. Being able to add the card to the phone wallet is an essential feature (and available with other loyalty cards) but does not seem possible.
3 stars: On more than one occasion your systems have been down so I have missed my shopping being recorded. It's an enormous nuisance claiming the credit. Personally, I don't like using my phone, getting out of my bag, to log on, open up, scan ....and I'm sure the people in the queue behind me are not thrilled with the delay....
