5 stars: While the order was slow, the rider was fast delivery once he received the order. The rider was nice and explained the pricing. Very happy with my 1st experience with Maxim. It opens so much more food options that I did not have before. Thank you Maxim
5 stars: So far all drivers are very polite and respectful with their passenger. They deserves 5 star since they've provide better service than other competitors. And they've dropped me safe in my destination. Kudos to all drivers 😌
4 stars: Cheaper than other companies. Recommend for transport big stuff ( lorry or minivan). Service is good but number of cars ( vehicles) are low. So bit difficult to find a car sometime but overall service is good.
3 stars: the price is lower, but I guess Maxim should improve the quality of their own maps. maybe it would be better if they integrate their maps with google to make it more accurate. thank you.
2 stars: Rude driver? Classic, but this is by far the worst driving experience. I was super tired from a whole day event and thought I'll make the end of my day easier by ordering maxim car, was a terrible decision because the driver have 0 respect. He asked me to walk to his car which was the exact opposite of my current position and the map that I requested, then made me cross the street when we arrive because he doesn't want to turn over.
