5 stars: This is a wonderful app. The only features that I think would enhance the passenger and driver experience. 1. A filter option where rides can be filtered by destination location and payment methods. 2. Make it mandatory for passenger to state number of people that will be on the ride.
5 stars: every part of this application is revolutionary. so it's simply great! one suggestion: after selecting a ride, I'd like to see if i have chosen AC ride or non AC ride, because it doesn't show anything and I recently had a dispute with one of the drivers as I couldn't convince them that I chose AC Ride. and kindly add the toll tax / airport entry fee features otherwise we are paying extra without knowing the actual charge.
3 stars: many of the drivers ask for extra money when they've already accepted the trip and the price I put in the app. they say the app doesnt show them the exact distance they're going before they accept. it's frustrating. please there should be an update so they can see exactly were they're going before they accept a trip and price, to make things easier for everyone.
2 stars: With the start of charging commissions for rides, the fare comes at par with Uber and Ola and sometimes often more even in Non AC. Doing nothing for the benefit of riders only disrupting the market. This is what happens when undeserving people get the power of choosing and options are provided.
