5 stars: This is a brilliant app! I find it to be extremely accurate and let's me track my bus on its route so no more waiting around! Fab! 👍🏻
5 stars: I've been using the app for a few years now and it's great to see it being gradually refined. It's very useful that it shows live info (which is what I mostly use) for competitor services too, avoiding the need for me to check 2 apps.
4 stars: The app is easy to use and order tickets through, though the maps and live arrival times are often very slow or incorrect. I use google maps for those instead.

3 stars: Fine but not trustworthy. If you have a poor internet connection you won't get anywhere with activating the tickets and I have had to pay a couple of times as I did not have time to restart the phone. GPS is awful and location is very erratic. It's fine but I won't give up my Key Card yet.
3 stars: The GPS function is so useful but completely inaccurate. It feels lik it updates every few minutes which means a bus that looks like it's far away could already be at the stop and you miss it. This happens all the time but due to traffic it's inconsistent. You need to increase the update rate of the GPS position of the busses
