5 stars: Nice and diffrents collection and material,free delivery, the app is very easy to use and today I ordered a jumpsuit and that suggests me to get my correct size because before I return some of the order because of wrong size, it was very useful change.
5 stars: The ease of use is so good. It very easy to filter out what i want. Since i started using zalando, I don't think i have shopped at regular stores that often. Easy to return or get in touch with the customer service.
4 stars: Excellent app. The only downside is that if one article is not available to be deliveres to your country, it will not tell you which one - so if you have a lot in your cart, it can be annoying. Nonetheless, a great app.
4 stars: Filters could be somewhat easier to use and maybe also more precise, but the app does a great job with helping you find what you're looking for. The prices are also good as far as I'm concerned.
3 stars: Me and wife install and uninstall the app very frequently. Here is the reason. Storlekstabell can be read only if it is website opened from mobile browser. So favourite a few items, uninstall the app, login to website, look at storlekstabell, select the size and go. And repeat! 2 stars less only for this long term drawback. Otherwise it is indeed a 5 star app and company!
