5 stars: Fantastic seems to be confusion over the old still being download able. This one does the job. Would be great if this would work with NFC. As the machines can sometimes take your card details rather that use the camera on the bar code. It's a pain asking the driver for a refund. I have also been charged before when trying to just use the barcode on the machine.
5 stars: Actually a very good and useful app, live bus info seems to be right most of the time. Buying tickets is easy, using them is easy. App has never crashed.
4 stars: Paying for tickets has become much easier. Would love a better way of finding out the stop I need (I rarely know the stops as A etc).

3 stars: App generally works and does it job. The issues are that buses are shown in the schedule and on the map that do not appear, so how the data provided to it works.
3 stars: Vastly improved app since the last one, simple to use, loads of handy features. Since I left a 5 star review it's just stopped accepting my phone, which works everywhere else, for contactless payments (just says decliined) and I've had no response to my email support query so I've knocked off two stars
2 stars: Reducing review down. App works well but has a huge delay. I miss my bus everytime as I think it's still 3 minutes away and it's already leaving that stop. Way too much lag for any accuracy
