5 stars: While the order was slow, the rider was fast delivery once he received the order. The rider was nice and explained the pricing. Very happy with my 1st experience with Maxim. It opens so much more food options that I did not have before. Thank you Maxim
5 stars: So far all drivers are very polite and respectful with their passenger. They deserves 5 star since they've provide better service than other competitors. And they've dropped me safe in my destination. Kudos to all drivers 😌
4 stars: I'm a Maxim user since the last few years. I just want to suggest to Maxim to improve ride order, coz sometimes when I Cancelled an order and make a new order, I surprised to find there were 2 drivers got my order simultanously, and they also arrived at the same time. This matter became trouble and I had to choose but only one service at a time. If they came from a far distance and only one to be chosed, this only wasted their time.
3 stars: the price is lower, but I guess Maxim should improve the quality of their own maps. maybe it would be better if they integrate their maps with google to make it more accurate. thank you.
3 stars: 2 things that need to be improved by Maxim: 1. There is no collaboration with e-wallet for payment media. 2. A very confusing map with all the names of shops that are not important but the street names are not existed. It's so ridiculous!.. Please update again...
