5 stars: I was introduced to this app only recently and I like the features. I didn't have a hard time clicking on the link and joining the meeting. The audio and media are surprisingly clear although you may need to work on the chat feature since it took me a few minutes before I could find it. But all in all, I definitely prefer this over the other meeting apps.

4 stars: Audio/video seem to be compromised due to not enough bandwidth, especially if video is running. This appears ro have changed from about a year or so ago, it used to be slighyly better then. I do know Communications out in the remote areas is less than ideal, and indeed this might be 100% a telus issue, but might be worth looking into. Thanks for your time.
4 stars: The chat experience is a bit cumbersome, but still works. Wish it showed chat bubbles as an option or one button view for chats (especially in landscape mode since it makes most of the keyboard cover pretty much the whole screen making any reading absolutely unusable)
3 stars: I think it's a good for Telemed. There should be a fixed visual and sound, like a physical meeting. Otherwise, you accidentally cut someone off.
