5 stars: Great app, fast delivery and amazing customer service. Keep it up
5 stars: This app is a lifesaver, user-friendly and the customer service is beyond perfect; providing an exceptional customer experience. However, some orders took a lot longer than it should have, but it didn't bother me tho. Maybe, you should add an emergency button feature to just help users who urgently need their medications. Overall, I love this app and totally recommend it.
3 stars: Thank you for adding the option of editing my insurance cards. Now, we want to modify the monthly prescription, only to remove some items while submitting an order, this may happen occasionally if I have enough stock.
3 stars: It has a lot of bugs, it freezes out of blue. Products description sometimes is not full or helpful at all. It requires you to update to the latest version every single time there's an update which is inconvenient looking at storage space in somr people's devices.
2 stars: Overpriced products They do that because when do your discount they take the original price if the product so what if i don't have a discount! Take forever to deliver They take 1-2 hours to deliver and with no real discount so it's useless service.
2 stars: It became of the worst apps - for me at least! It takes too long to process an order which means that the delivery time will be more than an hour - which isn't written at all! I gave one Star for the app itself and the other one for the customer service...
