5 stars: Never ceases to amazing me! Spend so many hours playing with my phone to update my watch. There's soo many different options! I literally want to change something everyday! So cool how it's all connected. The app is so easy to operate. So simple and yet never ending :) love it! I was just trying to customize my display screen through the watch and realized I can actually do this on my phone! AH Mazing!!
4 stars: (7/28/22) The latest update didn't 'fix' anything... it just broke more. Watch no longer connects to my phone despite numerous troubleshooting tips. 😬 (8/2/22) I ended up trying to back up data, which prompted Bluetooth connection via androids settings. Once that happened, the app was able to find the device! I was preparing to completely wipe and reset, but thankfully not needed!
4 stars: Update: I woke up to a big software update for the app and watch. I did have to reset my watch, but all works now. Since the last update, I can't even open the app! It constantly says app not responding on my phone, and my watch battery went dead after 3 hours of just wearing it. I don't receive text message or call notifications anymore and now it is basically a really expensive regular watch.
3 stars: The app kept crashing and my watch was hot. It was charging all night and never fully charged. Today, it was charging still and losing battery life as it was charging instead of gaining. I've tried un-installing the app to reinstall, but it just keeps spinning. ...
