5 stars: This app works exactly for what I intended: as a replacement for an official Google Photos App on Android TV. I love that I have access to all my photos and albums. The screensaver functionality is always fun as a background for when family and friends visit us. Great work!
4 stars: Works great so far. The smart random is not great though. We use this to display images for our business and would like them in order from our photo albums but if we have this feature on or off, it still chooses at random. Maybe we are missing something but it’s still shuffling?
3 stars: Absolutely “loved” this app. It “worked” flawlessly until the update now it doesn’t start most of the time while shutting down my shield which is well over half the time it’s scheduled to start. It also now has this annoying bar on the bottom of the screen that shows the progress of the video and lI can’t figure out how to get rid of it. It takes away from its beauty but when the screen saver does actually load it is still beautiful.
2 stars: I love this app and purchase it straight away. The mosaic view is awesome, but what really bugs me is that it randomly interrupts on GoogleTV while watching shows on BBC iPlayer, and I was unable to find a setting that stops it from doing so.
