5 stars: The app keeps on improving. first off the $50 year has felt like a great value. I really hope that continues. The new livestreams from popular bands on nugs included w/ membership has been impressive. The addition of complete grateful dead releases and 200 or so Springsteen shows just added a ton more value. My only gripe is the lack of gapless playback.
5 stars: Nugs is awesome in that it provides a unique streaming service that I find I use more than any other. UI and functional improvements don't happen though since they don't have much competition for the service they provide. Still 5 stars since I use it every day.
4 stars: I had to edit this. Customer Service reached out (in less than 12 hours) & explained how mp3 files need to be downloaded & backed up on a computer, not a phone. I apologize and changed my rating. My original review: Bought mp3 of 2 shows. Unable to download the files to my phone, only stream with the app. I want to listen to these when i don't have wi-fi.
4 stars: overall ok, buy i have go into goggle play daily to re-open the app??? (its still downloaded to device i just got to go to goggle play to reopen).....well they gave me a few tips to fix that minor issue. But if you are listening to a show it would be nice to have the setlist,..umm listed (just nitpicking now) increased from 3 to 4 stars. Also gotta thank you folks for that big sale and great to see it wasnt just some 24 hr BS
