5 stars: The app is easy to use, the products are great, but I wish there was a way to filter for pet-friendly bouquets. The last thing I want to do is send flowers to a friend that put their animals at risk, but a lot of the choices have lilies, for example. A filter like that would make it much easier, but overall, definitely recommend!
5 stars: I believe 1800flowers is a great company and App. They always help me make my special occasions extra special. I appreciate the convenience of it and adding on the Passport for free deliveries and extra perks for a low price, is the icing on the cake.
4 stars: A little expendive but so easy to order.
3 stars: expensive and the log in is not working for passport
3 stars: could not apply promo code to the flowers that I wanted, they satisfied the coupon requirements
2 stars: I'm changing my review from 4 stars to 2 stars instead. The app is wonky and you could very well wind up ordering something completely different than what you intended (happened to me). The prices are very high for the quality of the end product you receive compared to what is displayed. Best thing I've experienced about this company is the customer service. No complaints there but with everything else... 👎👎👎
