4 stars: Was abit agitated when Delivery was late by a day and have to cancelled off porting in due to travelling schedule...but thanks to the customer care team, they are highly professional and helpful, and problems were solved within the same day...special thanks to customer care associate, Ms Buvy.👍👍

3 stars: I wanted to order an extra 5 Gb of data into my plan but I ended up having charged twice and ended with 10 Gb instead. Repeated messages via WhatsApp and hotline are unanswered. Finally answered when I messaged on FB but they can't do anything to reverse the extra charge. Not expensive to be charged and extra $5 but I'll be careful not to press any of those buttons again
2 stars: I have 2 numbers under one account. However the app shows only the number on another phone. I'm not able to see any details or do any roaming purchase for my main line. Although both numbers can still make calls and data accessible. Both numbers were ported from different Telco. Result: after a day of chasing thru WhatsApp, three problem is ...
