5 stars: Happy enough with the connection, but when it comes to paying the bill through the app after getting a new phone just can't be done. Edit; Han fixed it, worked through the glitches and now the app works as it used to. A few emails back and forth and the team at Telstra came through with the fix, well done, thank you for your patience and efforts. 🐘🐘🐘 Ian
4 stars: app is fine. just buggy and slow with the bill payment In response to telstras response. This issue has been on all the phones I have had (more than 10) nothing to do with re-installing the app.
3 stars: There appears to be a security issue with the biometric login feature - it can be bypassed just by sending the app to the background when the fingerprint prompt appears and then bringing it to the foreground again. I have done this twice now - first time I thought it was a fluke, but I'm able to access all app features without having to unlock via fingerprint.
2 stars: New update is terrible. Go into services and says nothing to see here. We can't see how much data we've used and how much is left. Please fix this along with the terrible reception in Armadale, we seem to be in a black spot and only get 1 bar of service.
