5 stars: Love this app. It honestly feels like it gives you granular control over your phone and how it can respond to your life rather than your phone controlling your life. The format for automation makes so much more sense than Tasker. I've been trying to use that app for 10 years, and it hasn't changed. Macrodroid feels like an evolution, a streamlined but still super powerful solution to device automation.
4 stars: Only needed one feature, seems kinda pricey? Maybe it's worth it for some, it does seem to be feature packed. I just recently got a Pixel 6 Pro, from a Note 20 Ultra and needed a way to automate playing music through Bluetooth connection. Of course, though, when I have this app play music, it shows up in my car as 'not identified' rather than showing me song name, artist, etc. Wish there was a way to fix this.
3 stars: I had to downgrade my review from 5 stars. While this app is clearly made with love and attention, unfortunately it causes major problems on my OnePlus phone. The worst thing it does is periodically shuts off the capacitive and volume button on the phone. Usually for half a minute or so, but sometimes permanently until I restart.
