4 stars: All in all, the app/service is really good.. but not all perfect of course. . What I have noticed and still am surprised by is the address ordered from changes (from let's say - your address 20 - to 29..) this happens all the time now, so I have to send a message or call driver. Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP so Incan have the experience I'm looking for! No more fuss! Thanks Ben
3 stars: It's alright in general. Nice UI, intuitive, etc. But there's a single problem which made me rate Bolt a 3. The story goes: you will be able to go for a run, make coffee, and eat your breakfast before you get a driver. Guys, seriously, fix this. It is not possible to use the app because the drivers keep cancelling the ride, and it takes forever to get at least someone to do their job.
3 stars: Easy and simple to use, nice to navigate the app. One common issue is the inaccuracy of the map, drivers cannot rely on the apps map, so usually they have to switch to Google map. Rides are typically cheaper than grab, but can't seem to opt for cashless payment. But drivers are less reliable than grab drivers, sometimes drivers don't use their own account but use their friend's. Safety is always an issue.
2 stars: App is not the most user friendly, especialy when you need to select a location on the map. Huge, unminimizable window in the lower part of the screen that uses more than half of it. Difficuilt to navigate on the map. And map is inacurate, drivers agree too. Also annoying ...
