3 stars: Yesterday I received and installed the latest software update and now everything works as it should. No problems with connectivity or with the many amazing Smart 3D app features. I have a Samsung S21 phone using Android 12. There were many times when I was ready to give up in frustration, but I'm glad I hung in there. For now, all is well. UPDATE: One week later and connection problems have returned. Still frustrated!
5 stars: The app and hearing aid is great, been using it for more than 3 years now without issue. However, I always wish it were possible to connect the hearing aids to the application for the phone media and music. I wish I can play music from my phone, and I listen to it using my hearing aids. The developers should please look at the possibilities. Aside that, every other thing is perfect.
5 stars: I previously had trouble with the direct audio streaming after the update because I didn't want it connected all the time and left a bad review; however, Resound reached out and helped me in such a timely matter that I would like to rectify that. 5 stars for their great assistance! They walked me through the steps to turning it off and still be connected via bluetooth for just the hearing aid settings. Thank you support team!!
