4 stars: A safe option for rides at reasonable prices. The problem is that it has difficulties finding user's location, which means you have to wait longer until the app finds you, and it won't let you choose your address manually as in other similar apps or simply write it. I haven't been able to use it lately, because it doesn't find my location and while waiting for it, it uses a lot of your data. Please fix it!
4 stars: The app is safe and great most of the times. But sometimes, in the peak hours, looks like the app assign a service without the authorization of the car driver, when I had called those call drivers to ask why are they moving in other direction, they said they didn't accepted the service and the app assigned it. This makes the person to lose time waiting for a car that is not going to arrive.
4 stars: I travel quite often for work and I used to use Uber but in Brazil I discover easy and fell in love with it. In order to serve their clients they have given the choice to pay in every possible way. The drivers are well presented and cars well maintained and that is something you one will appreciate when stuck for two hours in traffic. I hope I can use it somewhere else in the world.
