3 stars: Good game when it works. I've been playing for ~3 yrs and I love it. It's fun, addictive, and has nice graphics and gameplay. But it sometimes has glitches, and customer support is inconsistent. (Sometimes helpful, sometimes not.) If you're patient with these glitches, then I suggest trying it out! But if not, this might not be for you. Overall, I love the game, but the glitches lessen my experience.
4 stars: It's a fun game, but the apparently intentional sluggishness of both the interface and the loading screens as a time gate makes it very frustrating at times, so I have to knock a star off for that. Also, I don't know how they make any money, none of the store packs are remotely worth the price. The only thing worth buying is elite status.
3 stars: This is a fun game, but it, needs some improvement.... It is fun to collect dragons, and war against other players. There is a lot of game play glitches though, especially when using online aspects like opening chests. The game often freezes, and it's also irritating that you constantly get random inbox messages from random players for seemingly no reason..
