3 stars: I have a bad back, and have a hard time doing exercises on the floor I find after doing a workout I am usually stiff and sore for several days. My flexibility level is not good. Even though I do exercise almost every day, my arthritis just doesn't let me do alot of your workouts. I would like to try your very basic level to see if that would be any better. 3 stars: I was a bit disappointed after installing the app and found I couldn't change measurements easily and needed to convert constantly. It seemed like even though my settings were saved, they didn't stay. The support team for issues were fantastic to try and help. I just didn't find the app as user friendly I thought. Plus some of the add on pop-ups became annoying. Just not for me.
3 stars: I really liked the meals. Couldn't add my own exercise or steps taken without carrying my phone. Not enough time between exercise to reposition myself, counter would be half in before I'd moved. Found it very easy to input my own meals. Using my samsung fitness watch and bounce the two off each other for final numbers.
