3 stars: Used the app a few years back (2018ish) and it worked like a charm, now it's filled with lots of little bugs that add up to a subpar experience. Needs some polishing, for example the live chat sometimes endlessly thinks your message is \
4 stars: The convenience of having a delivery option for so many restaurants cannot be denied. There is an important caveat however, there is not always a driver available and I have personally had delivery times over 2 hours because of this. Before installing check with friends in your area who already use the app, to see if the delivery times in your area are reasonable.
3 stars: The app usually works but today I ran into a bug where I needed to select two meet options in a meal and it was only possible to select 1 so I could not order. The fact that there is now way to notify them about bugs other than here is not very user friendly.
3 stars: Good app but recent update stops reordering, please bring back reorders. The Reorder link is there but when I click on it it doesn't put any items in the basket. Was very handy for repeat orders such as bread, milk, ingredients that we order regularly. Please put this feature back in, it's very convenient and surely helps the shop with more sales.
