3 stars: The average browsing experience was fine, but when it came time to order, customization was a pain. I couldn't scroll within the text box, and once an item is in your cart, there's no way to edit it. I realized that something was messed up in the description of the personalisation and had to scrap it and start all over.
4 stars: Sometimes it's a little hard to do specific searches, but it's a great app, works really well, and is pretty accessible for me. (There aren't a bunch of animations for everything, if any, and the operation of everything is very simple/minimalistic. I appreciate that, because some apps/sites are very busy visually.)
