Until yesterday when I tried to book a taxi and it told me that my payment method was invalid. So I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and logged out. 3 stars: Unable to upload profile picture from photo album even though the option is there, when you click in it nothing happens. Upload drivers license doesn't work. It asks you only for your address but then there is no option to actually upload your driver's license.
4 stars: Good, competitive app for hiring rides. A downside I have experienced a couple of times is that the final cost was more than the initially stated cost. However, customer service for rectifying the issue has been good too. Would prefer to not have the inconvenience of contacting customer service \ud83d\ude0a
3 stars: Started glitching and not letting me book in rides a few days ago. It's been doing it ever since. Support weren't much help and just suggested updating the app, but it's on its latest version. Weird.
