It's very cute and the exercises, reflections etc. that it provides do a good job of balancing different types of wellness such as physical, emotional social, and environmental! It prompts a good variety of healthy activities and also great for creating your own personal plan for specific goals!
5 stars: I have ADHD and sometimes it's overwhelming remembering everything I have to do during the day, as soon as someone asks something I open Finch and write it as a goal.
