4 stars: Really like that this service exists. Hoping to be able to sort our own collections and have gapless playbacks. Also it can be very unclear whether you can find a certain performance or not, many times you can have a performance when searching for a work or recording but the album that contains that performance cannot be found.
3 stars: Above all , I like the music. Great selection and organization. But the app is filled with bugs or unclear guidance. How to upgrade to full lossless, for example. Instead of a simple click, there are several pages of confusing instructions, depending on where and how you subscribed, when your subscription runs out etc. Robs much of the listening pleasure.
5 stars: One of the best after primephonic, which isn't available anymore. Absolutely love it. I only have premium, but the sound quality is already superb. EDIT: They actually added James Levine! And they fixed the problem!
3 stars: It could be a great app! Amazing albums, great quality, congratulations really! But the system is so slow, sometimes I have to wait minutes, just even to see which albums did I move to the favourites...
