3 stars: Doesn't let you order in French. Which would be fine, since I'm bilingual, but there's no option to use the app in English if the phone language setting is set to French. Switching the settings back doesn't work immediately, which had caused a few issues while ordering. (As in, I haven't been able to order.) Besides this rather niche issue, it's alright. Very pretty.
4 stars: App works well with the only issue being sometimes it doesn't scan properly. The old version of the app from three years ago scanned much better because of the larger font. App offers deals. Good for online orders especially if you are ordering frequently from the same location. Adding a new location is a bit tricky.
5 stars: This app is exceptional. It, combined withed the overall program is easy to use and navigate. Additionally the staff's comfort and knowledge of the program makes it a seamless interaction for the customer. Mobile ordering is fast and efficient and the ability to use the rewards is, again, well executed. Those who developed it should be proud and those who pay them should give them a raise/bonus. Well done!
5 stars: The app is very easy to use, once you get used to it. I really enjoy that you can specialize and make your drink (hot or cold) exactly they way you want it everytime.
