4 stars: The app works fine for me. Apart from some brand new receipt that they say have already been scan, and after cashing u you take a while to get your gift card, however really don't have any other problems with the app
3 stars: Very glitchy. Has always been so and I've used it for a few years. Now it will not accept a receipt that appears to be a duplicate regardless of date. I buy the same meds every month but now I can no longer submit those receipts. We eat the same thing at Wendy's every week but can no longer submit those receipts. Same for Dunkin Donut. Not sure this is worth it anymore.
3 stars: I have been using it for a while now and it is quite 'buggy'. I keep thinking that it will get better, it doesn't. You can scan receipts and be told that the receipt isn't a valid retailer when it clearly matches a listed retailer. Sometimes points are automatically added, other times they don't show up right away. I am thinking on cashing out and am looking for a replacement that works better.
3 stars: The app isn't working today. I tried to scan stuff and nothing happened. I get notifications that I have unlocked 20 points, go to the screen and it says there are zero points. What's up?? Still having issues. Have to go all the way out of the app after I scan something. This used to be a great app. Please fix it and get it great again.
