4 stars: Very simple game... but challenging. There are no boosts or extra lives, so it's all about strategy. There are ads at the beginning and end of each game. I dont mind the quick ads, but could do without the 30 second ones. It would be great to have other shapes to fill other than the 9x9 block, as I will likely get tired of doing the same puzzle every time, but until then, it's hard to put down the game.
3 stars: Frustrating... the new pieces should be scrolling so you can plan ahead. Not 3 new ones each time. Hard NOT to think that the game cheats just to get you to the ads. Its tough to score big points so you have to keep a lot on the board for combos. Then you get 3 new and NONE of them work. So a quick game followed by a 30 second commercial... frustrating!! I won't buy until that is improved.
4 stars: Love that there is a level mode, but it seems to have disappeared. It did bring too many ads with it, but I love the challenge of levels or daily puzzles in general. There was no menu for the levels however, or way to go back and replay anything. Hoping that gets fixed.
4 stars: Great game but the in-level ads are a little excessive. I seem to hit an ad right before I complete the level and then have to watch another ad. A buck or two lower for ad-free and I would buy it. Also, please, for the love of all that is holy, we need an undo move button. Too many times do I run into a situation where I accidentally drop a block and it screws up my entire level...
