3 stars: This was a great app before its newest update. I used It on a regular basis. It loaded fast, was very user friendly. Then came the update. I was asked to re-sign in and never get past the blinding white screen with the words \
5 stars: I really like this app. Been using it it a long time. I find it exceptionally easy to use. It is so clear, has all the info for my prescriptions, I can choose auto refill or not, a simple click in a box to reorder and it tells me when the ordered prescription will be ready. There's also a list of the most recent previous prescriptions. Not sure how much easier it could be. And I'm a Senior.
3 stars: I've tried different iterations of apps for SDM, and I mainly use it to browse and shop cosmetics. This iteration has much needed upgrades with better UI and performance. However, it's still lacking in key functionalities compared to competitors, and result in very frustrating user experience. Maybe they should just poach Sephora's UX designer.
5 stars: I love being able to order my prescription refills online, and the app gives you an estimated wait time and shows you pics of the pills so you know what you're getting. It's also pretty useful to have the flyer on hand and go paperless. Not to mention the extra Optimum points you get for scanning the app.
3 stars: Most everything I wanted to order was out of stock. Had go online because the store miss placed the items I was going to buy today. So disappointing and frustrating...
