4 stars: It's a little slow to start, but the matches do start coming in after a few days. The 7 day time limit is good for keeping people from wasting time as pen pals. It's a little annoying that it seems like you can be matched even if you or the other person has been away from the app (I was away for a few weeks and found several new chats that were expired and I don't think CMB matches the same people a second time).
3 stars: I really like the focus on qaulity over quantity. Swiping continuously can be draining. I would giver a higher rating but you really need to fix the notifications. The app is constantly late with notifications, sometimes telling me hours after that bagels are ready to check out. It also doesnt always send me push notifications when someone im chatting with has responded. Which actively makes it difficult to know someone. please fix this
4 stars: Good concept, however app has issues sometimes: I've had to reinstall it twice so far. Stopped being able to send messages, and another time, I couldn't even get into the app (got stuck on a white screen, even after rebooting my phone ) Customer service is great though, and responds very quickly!
