3 stars: This app has been great until now. I have been using your app now for a ling time and I have never had an issue with it. Until yesterday when I tried to book a taxi and it told me that my payment method was invalid. So I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and logged out. When I now go to log in, I receive an error message saying \
3 stars: Signng up to the app was difficult on my Galaxy S21 because there were no confirmation buttons. I almost gave up because I was losing confidence that it would be reliable and actually get me a taxi but I persevered by using the back button and in the end, got it working. Taxi was booked for two hours later and there it was - on time and in the right location. More testing of the UX in Galaxy S21's needed by the Developers...
5 stars: Better than Uber, Bolt and Ola. The prices are nearly always less and don't jump too high when there's a shortage of drivers on the road. There have been good special offers for people using Amex to pay for this as well.
5 stars: Friendly drivers. It's really reasurring to know which direction they're coming from and roughly how long they'll be. Also easy to contact driver if you can see that the app is going to send them to the wrong place which is possible with built up areas. Very convenient and reliable.
