3 stars: DO NOT USE I was scammed and I cannot contact them!! EDIT: I had a problem with the billing but it was solved by customer service. However, the app needs work. It\u2019s ID verification method is slow and showed that it had failed, the passes were over complicated and after purchase they would often disappear. Overall dissatisfied but I believe there is potential.
4 stars: Originally gave a 1 star. Customer service sorted me out with the auto reload issue. I was notified that an auto reload took place that I somehow signed up for. Didn't read the fine print? Maybe... I want an easy app, especially as a first time user.
3 stars: Buyer beware. This app uses deceptive billing practices. Once you provide a payment method it will keep deducting money in $20 increments. The only way to get your money back is to submit a help ticket then wait for several days. It charges you way more than hand the cost of the ride. Even a $3 ride will cost $20 which will require you to request a refund and wait several days.
