4 stars: Great app, only problem I had was some of the menus weren't translated to English.
4 stars: Needs a feature to place a previous order easily. Otherwise great.
3 stars: Nice options, but the annoying part that the vouchers get expired if the payment method changes and when reordering and adding more items the basket symbol is not visible it is simply annoying and a waste of time whivmch leeds to confusion or leave the app and order elsewhere. If solved potential is there for 5*
5 stars: The app has a glitch which regularly f***s up my order by returning my custom order choices from drop down menus to default without any error message or anything that might suggest my order has been changed.
3 stars: Master or Visa cards are not accepted. A new comer to Germany can pay with cash only. Not sure if this is related to restaurants or Lieferando, but very tiring process for the new customers. Also I couldn't filter out closed restaurants. If there's such option please make your app more user friendly.
3 stars: It is a very nice App. But to me at least it didn't show up which Restaurants are open and couldn't find easily my address. Other than that I am very happy with the services of this App
3 stars: Food is always late. And the only way to inform is via email, only to get an automated message to wait. And then next day email asking if it was delivered or not within those 12+ hrs. Rendering it completely useless.
