5 stars: Fantastic app! For the GZCLP program I've used it for, it records failures, adjusts rest times, weight, and reps accordingly. no annoying notifications or bugs that I could find. Even the free version is excellent. Upgrading to the paid version (one-time payment) lets you modify routines on the fly. both keep so much data that really helps with tracking progress and adjusting routines as needed. Rest timer vibrate and tone are handy!
4 stars: Pretty great, but I can't transfer my data from my old phone, it says contact the creator or some BS. I've tried every method same thing.
3 stars: The app contains several pretty good programs for beginners. But there is more debug work needed before I give it a 5-star ratting. The resume function has some issues in the loop. I lost my program twice already in just the first week.
5 stars: Very Flexible for a free app, I am considering purchasing the pro version. I've used it over time, even the free version offers so much in the way of setting up work outs as well as progressively increasing intensity over time. Great App
5 stars: Hands down one of the easiest ways to keep track of 5-3-1 BBB and for a one time fee of$15 you get even more options. Recommend
5 stars: Great app! Versatile, easy to set up and learn, hundreds of exercises/workouts. Easily the best workout app I've used. I had trouble importing workouts from another app, but I contacted support and they helped me through it!
