5 stars: It's okay so far I have no problem no customers it's just that some people just I don't know once a little bit more like I always ask people if they need a hand or everything It's pretty much easy to use the app do any problem on has it doesn't tell me when the person cancel
5 stars: It's better then Uber in terms of adding new rides in que , makes it easier in busy hours. Only if it could read our messages like Uber it would be great.
3 stars: I've been driving with Lyft for 5-6yrs , so glitches... My suggestion is better customer service via the app. I understand reps have a script, but y must I keep repeating my text to every new rep just to hear that same scrpit with nothing accomplished. It's frustrating. Also, believe your drives when we say the system is faulty. Why have GPS ISSUE as an option when ur at location \u0026 the system goes nuts then not believe your driver?
4 stars: The price to Rent a car I believe is a bit steep. Basically working 3 days to pay it off. A tough spot for a person who is Using the money their making from rides on gas in the same car that there paying off. And you can't cash out until you pay the car off. It would be alot better if I were held accountable for that Car payment at the end of the week on my own terms rather than Lyft subject a driver to Pay the rental car price first!
