5 stars: I took gold membership. I didn't get any contact. After that I enrolled in tutor partnership program. So i got. Demo converted into class. fee are more. 1500/6000 and later 20% fee from the amount.
3 stars: I have been using urban pro since more than 5 years and the app is so slow and not at all useful. I have paid for coins and have absolutely no success. The app keeps getting stuck everytime I contact a student. I have sent in so many emails in the past but there has been no improvement. You make us pay for coins atleast use that money to fix your app.
