3 stars: I saw many umobile app user now complaining about this app. But until now i didn't have the problem with like what they're experienced. So i put 5star here. Hopefully I this app not going to have any problems with me. Ok now this app give me a problem.. its was started after receiving new app update. Problem that i cannot log in any more with this popped error message \
3 stars: After forced update on 19 aug, it shows nothing...only a white screen. Better use old apps. What a waste..!! 17 sept problem still unresolved. Apps still in coma...!!! 4 dec update apps and success...apps alive again. Need to go to security checking before log in. Hope everything is fine. 17Jan need to update again..tired..!!
4 stars: Pls make it possible to have options for 2 umobile sim cards in one phone and one apps. I alternate reload monthly between these 2 sim cards in my phone. The apps only allow 1 sim card/phone number. I don't like the auto renew subscription as well. Let me control myself as to which package I need for the time. I appreciate the SMS notification of my reload expiry date though.
5 stars: The app worked well, user friendly. But the problem here is U Mobile itself. U Mobile's coverage is not good and the internet connection still congested here and there (even in uptown area). Would comeback if U Mobile improve its coverage and stability.
