5 stars: I've booked a few times through this app, and have had a great experience everytime, this far. The filters really help to narrow down searches and the app is very user friendly. I felt very safe and secure during the booking process and hope to continue that trend.
5 stars: Easy to navigate, hassle-free to book with a confirmation response in seconds. Have booked two apartments in the last week and the owners replied quickly with all relevant info. Nice!
3 stars: Very annoying that the prices change once you click a property. Every property I click on the price ends up going up around $40. Why is this happening?
3 stars: OK app to look for properties on phone. Not designed for tablet as only works in portrait mode. Also, shared links don't work for browser access. Only for users who may have the app.
5 stars: Only have used it once but being new I myself made mistakes not knowing what I'm doing but for the app itself it was amazing and we had a blast. The cabin we rented from we even kind enough to ship me my jacket I accidentally forget. So far it's great and we are using it again this year for our vacation.
