5 stars: Had it when it first came out... Little buggy on where u tap, need to do it just right.. or in a odd spot. Eg. Checking guests in.. sometimes taping guest works other time u need to tap reception desk to give u empty hut. Over all its fun and diffrent locations keep it interesting... I have purchased items packages... Worth it to keep makers interested in improvements. Good job
4 stars: On level 3 just started. WISH you could go back a level and get perfect instead of no choice but to keep going. Other than that seems fun and interesting, good time waster. I don't spend money on games.
5 stars: I only have one problem so far; when the elderly man is trying to help you his messages keep blinking, is this a glitch or normal because it is a pain on the brain and eyes!
3 stars: Fun, but the music is driving me nuts. Usually there's an option to shut the music but keep the sound.
4 stars: I don't like the idea after so many levels you can only use diamonds to buy items. otherwise I am having fun
4 stars: The game doesn't listen to my demands of actions and it malfunctions and end up redoing the same customer again. Over all I like it!
