3 stars: It's pretty good for booking taxis in busier cities in Ireland. It sucks in the countryside, and pre-booking doesn't guarantee the taxi will arrive at the scheduled pre-booked time, which is frustrating because now I am going to miss my train. What's the point of pre-booking then?
3 stars: I just got charged 5\u20ac for cancelling a ride that i booked properly, showed with destination and starting point inverted and the driver on the map nowhere near me when i booked in advance. I had to cancel or be late to my appointment, so they hardly pass - actual monopoly is a helluva drug
5 stars: Bit confused if a pre booking request has been accepted or if the trip has been accepted. However customer service are very quick to reply. Live map didn't seem to update the drivers location quickly. But i don't know if that's because of the bad weather every time i use the app. Therfore 5 stars I can't fault the app or service
3 stars: I think it's a great service and the drivers are great. A little extra functionality for the app would be good. E.g. being able to amend time of pre booking instead of having to cancel. Making it clearer when booking has been accepted or not would also be useful. Also no current functionality to delete expired credit cards. The button is there but not enabled.
