5 stars: Bolt is easy ride and very safe, But price fluctuates without notice. In Kenya they are better and in progress compared to almost all Taxi ride, need to improve the map and train drivers further to move this beautiful Nairobi city day \u0026 night, Keep up the good work guys.
3 stars: This is a cool app but there's one problem I've had and would like to make emphasis on. Some drivers charge more than what has been displayed on our phones. For example, I ordered one from hostel to home and before the car arrived it was 10cedis. But when I got home he charged me 16cedis. That's a bad habbit.
4 stars: Quite good. One thing bothers me. If you find yourself busy after you finish your ride and give the driver his/her rating more than 15 minutes later, you cannot leave a tip for him/her anymore. Why does such a limitation even exist? It doesn't make sense. There are drivers who, through their service, deserve a little something extra. Why limit the timeframe in which they can receive a tip to only 15 minutes? 3 stars: The app itself is okay (I suppose). But the platform could be better. Stop allowing drivers to indicate they have arrived when they are nowhere near the pickup point. Allow drivers to know the general vicinity of the passenger's intended destination BEFORE accepting the ride. And if I cancel a trip, don't offer the SAME driver to me!
