5 stars: Better than all meditation apps that i used before.I can choose how long i need to meditate. Both coaches have soft voices and guided me trough the process. I can submit my mood in journal before and after meditation and keep it as a record.it's really amazing. I am thankful .
5 stars: Find this app has a good variety of helpful meditations and music that is updated daily. Find I am using it more frequently during the day as well as at night for sleep meditations.

5 stars: I use this app every night to fall asleep. I've also used it for morning meditation before work. It helps me feel calmer, more focused and I'm sleeping much better now. I've also enjoyed the moon meditation live sessions in different time zones. It's a great app!
4 stars: Good variety of meditations for different times of day. Choice of male or female voice. Choice of length of time you want to meditate each time which I really like. Also just music and breath work available.
3 stars: Too much hokey stuff. You don't breathe out toxins unless you count water as a toxin; drinking too much water can kill you. Overall, not a fan of the style, but I didn't explore too much during free trial Edit: removing negative reviews is misleading. This is not a perfect app ...
