3 stars: No control in app to equalize the volume between the two buds. I regularly experience one earbud somehow being turned way down and I frustratingly cannot correct this problem.

4 stars: The buds sound great on my pixel, and especially good on a samsung phone with the scalable codec, but my one complaint is that ambient mode does not let low-pitched sounds through. when I walk on the street I can hear every car on the block but barely a person talking next to me (this is especially true for male voices). Please adjust the volume curve for ambient mode, or better yet, allow the user to.
4 stars: Would be perfect except for the lack of an option to control the volume in-app... Please consider adding this feature! As it stands, I have to readjust the volume after every Bluetooth disconnection using the touchpad settings, and then after I've done that I have to change back my touchpad settings to my original preference.
