3 stars: I had some connection issues initially which was frustrating but I reached out to the help email and they came back to me with a work around using another phone as a 2nd router that I could force into 2.4gHz which worked! The app is a bit clunky (but nothing terminal) and the hardware is very good, so overall I am happy. If they work through the minor mapping issues (let me save 3 floors!) it would be 4 stars.
4 stars: Like many others, it worked well will Google Home until an update. Then it would not. The app is basic but works. Note, finally reconnected with Home after deleting app, reinstalling, re connecting to Home and THEN deleting cache. It linked up straight away and hasn't missed a beat, just a bit of cat fur every now and then.
4 stars: Only had for 1 week but so far so good. Mapped the house in the first try and has done a great job at detecting different rooms. The virtual boundary option is great no app crashes or issues experienced so far. Robot does a great job cleaning and mopping and in a sensible pattern.
